Goal of the ME was to multiply the training systems for managers and employees in emotional management in remote working, in order to ensure the sustainability of the project results beyond the project partnership and project lifetime. Leonidas Bontilas showed new innovative educational methods, Giannis Gazas introduced open educational resources and finally Xara Rousoulioti presented the tools of the REMOTEMO training system.
